Return & Exchange

  • Monolith Technology Group Inc. offers a 15-day return & exchange service on most items from the original purchase date unless specified

  • All unopened items can be returned and/or exchanged within 15 days with no questions asked

  • Video Cards can be returned / exchanged within 7 days of original purchase date as long as they are unopened and in their original packaging

  • All Monitors/Display Devices must be opened and checked for damage upon arrival. Monolith Technology Group Inc. will only accept a return/exchange on a damaged unit if notified by the customer within 7-days of the original purchase date.

  • For all returns, original invoice must be provided

  • Original packaging and ALL of its contents must be present and returned including manuals, accessories, and gifts with purchase or other included or bonus items. Original package must be in good condition. Incomplete or physical damaged returns may be refused and returned to the customer

  • All returns for refund will be processed with the original method of payment

  • Returns will not be accepted on items that are missing packaging or accessories or that have been physically altered, modified or damaged. Monolith Technology Group Inc. also reserves the right to refuse returns deemed to be an abuse of our return policy.

  • Any return requests for products that have been opened but do have the original packaging and all accessories will be treated on a case by case basis, however, a re-stocking fee may apply.

  • All Software, Liquid-Cooling, Projectors, Projector bulbs, VR products, Cell Phones, Batteries, Bulk Cable Spools, Printers and Consumables such as ink/toner cartridges, printer heads, imaging units, canned air and thermal paste are final sale and are not returnable

  • No return for refunds, exchanges, credit or replacement are accepted on Special Order Items except when they are found defective, in which case the product may be repaired or replaced at Monolith Technology Group Inc.’s discretion.

  • All opened headphones, earphones, and microphones are final sale. Return or exchange are only accepted on unopened products within (15) days of original purchase date.

* Components sold to and installed by the customer are done so at the customer's own risk. Monolith Technology Group Inc. is not liable for any damage to the customer's existing equipment caused by, but not limited to any defects or incompatibility issues with any components purchased from Monolith.


  • Monolith Technology Group Inc. offers a 30-day exchange warranty service for goods deemed to have a manufacturing defect or were dead on arrival (DOA).

  • 1 Year courtesy warranty service – Monolith Technology Group Inc. will ship the defective product for repair or replacement to the manufacturer on our customers behalf for up to 1 year from the original date of purchase at no additional charge to our client.  Client must be able to provide the original invoice for the purchase.

  • Some manufacturers may require customers to contact them directly for warranty support
