What countries, states and provinces does Monolith ship? Where don’t you ship?
Monolith currently ships anywhere within Canada and the Continental USA (48 contiguous states but not Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the other U.S. territories) We are currently not shipping Internationally. However, this could change in the future.
What payment Methods does Monolith accept?
Monolith accepts all major credit cards (Visa, American Express, Mastercard) from most major carriers. We also accept Certified Cheques and Bank Drafts. Qualified customers can enjoy Net Terms accounts as well.
Monolith also provides industry-leading Leasing services. Leasing prices can be seen on all qualifying products. We also accept customer-provided leasing in addition to our other payment methods.

How long is the warranty on Monolith products? How do I receive warranty support?
Warranty is dynamic depending on manufacturer and product line. An easy way to see the individual warranty is to view “Warranty” info under the product description. Click here to see an example. Otherwise, Workstations, Servers, and Monolith branded business machines have a default 1-year warranty on all Parts & Labour, with option to add additional coverage at time of purchase.
