What countries, states and provinces does Monolith ship? Where don’t you ship?

Monolith currently ships anywhere within Canada and the Continental USA (48 contiguous states but not Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the other U.S. territories) We are currently not shipping Internationally. However, this could change in the future.

What payment Methods does Monolith accept?

Monolith accepts all major credit cards (Visa, American Express, Mastercard) from most major carriers. We also accept Certified Cheques and Bank Drafts. Qualified customers can enjoy Net Terms accounts as well.

Monolith also provides industry-leading Leasing services. Leasing prices can be seen on all qualifying products. We also accept customer-provided leasing in addition to our other payment methods.

How long do Monolith branded system take to arrive from time of order?

Custom ordered Monolith business machines are built the following business day; and ship the following business day.

Where does Monolith ship product from?

We ship from all over North America, utilizing our unique network of supply chain partners as well our own warehouses. Whatever is fastest & safest for our customers.

How long is the warranty on Monolith products? How do I receive warranty support?

Warranty is dynamic depending on manufacturer and product line. An easy way to see the individual warranty is to view “Warranty” info under the product description. Click here to see an example. Otherwise, Workstations, Servers, and Monolith branded business machines have a default 1-year warranty on all Parts & Labour, with option to add additional coverage at time of purchase.

Can I see my order history? How often I order something, and download my invoices/orders myself?

Yes, yes and yes. Monolith has a complete customer portal with detailed information on your relationship with us. Including order history, invoice copies.

We have different staff with different roles at our company. Can we assign permissions and view others Wishlist/shopping carts?

Yes, you can. Monolith customer portal includes user management, permissions & roles, contact points for accounting/sales, and many other features. For a tour of your customer portal contact us here.

 

PRICE MATCH POLICY

Monolith price match provides the best possible pricing match for identical items.   When customers find the exact same item at a lower price on a competitor’s website, customers input the exact URL into the price match field when checking out. Only registered customers qualify for Price match requests. Competitor URL will be verified before the order is processed. Monolith's web team will follow up with customers directly via email once a price match request is either approved or denied. Please allow up to 1 business day for processing.

Monolith price match does not guarantee exact price match. Elements we consider are competing supplier location, product condition, colour, variant, packaging, and viability of product (grey market, or otherwise) Price match requests must be for “apples-to-apples” comparable product, exceptions will not be made to non-identical products.   Other promotions & rebates are not stackable with price match.

What Products Qualify:

The products you're comparing must meet the following criteria to qualify:

  • -Must have the exact same brand name and model number
  • -Must be priced in Canadian dollars

  • -Must be sold and shipped by a retailer AND authorized dealer located within Canada

    • -The following types of sellers do not qualify for a price match:

      • -Marketplace sellers on sites such as Bestbuy.ca, Amazon.ca, or resellers such as eBay.ca
      • -Any sellers whose products are refurbished or liquidated

  • -The product must be in stock, available for sale, and cannot be a limited time offer, pre-order, or available only in limited quantity

  • -The products price must not be lower due to an advertising error, misprint, or special sale price.

Special sale prices include:  VIP SALE, Black Friday, Friends and Family, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day/Week, Boxing Day in summer, pre-orders, special educational prices, restricted offers, mail order offers, rebates, coupons, premiums, free or bonus offers.

 

PRICE PROTECTION

Monolith does not provide price protection on already-shipped products, no exceptions. Orders which have been placed and not shipped have a possibility to qualify for price protection. Contact web or support team for assistance.
